The Chloë Sabrina Dator Foundation seeks to further educational and artistic achievements in music, dance, visual and performing arts by providing awards to children with Down Syndrome or other disabilities.

The foundation known as Chloë’s Dreams was established by Chloë's mother, with the help of two of Chloë's long-time best friends, and two women who knew Chloë for many years.
